By accessing the VESSEL | Foundation online program, you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Program & Digital Access The VESSEL | Foundation program consists of digital educational materials including, but not limited to, instructional videos, downloadable guides, and virtual sessions. Radiate Balance, LLC and Rooted Wellness Studio, LLC (the "Creators") make no guarantees regarding 100% uptime of third-party platforms and are not liable for technical issues beyond their direct control.

2. Educational & Experiential Purpose (Not Medical Advice) This program is for educational and experiential purposes only. Deidre Freer (Radiate Balance, LLC) and Jenna Cain (Rooted Wellness Studio, LLC) are not acting as your personal medical or mental health providers. The information provided is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. You are aware that movement, lymphatic drainage, and fascia-based practices may involve temporary "detox" symptoms (such as fatigue or lightheadedness) or emotional release. You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.

4. Disclaimer of Results & Personal Agency Effectiveness is highly dependent on individual participation and consistency. Everyone’s physiological and emotional scenario is unique. The Creators make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific physical, emotional, or spiritual outcomes. You acknowledge that you are the sole architect of your progress and internal work.

5. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure All program materials are the sole intellectual property of Radiate Balance, LLC and Rooted Wellness Studio, LLC. You agree not to share login credentials, record, screenshot, or distribute any content. Unauthorized use is a violation of copyright law and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Refund Policy All sales are final for digital products. Refunds will not be issued for non-participation, change of mind, or "results not as expected," unless otherwise approved in writing by both Creators.

7. Release of Liability & Indemnification You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Radiate Balance, LLC, Deidre Freer, Rooted Wellness Studio, LLC, Jenna Cain, and all associated partners from any and all liability or claims. You agree to indemnify and hold the Creators harmless from any loss or damage caused during the practice of the techniques taught.

8. Deidre Freer & Jenna Cain, are not  physicians. The contents of your plan and/or any email, zoom call, in person session or program curriculum should not be taken as medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. This is not intended to replace the advice of a physician. Always consult your physician or qualified health professional on any matters regarding your health and before physical activity or diet changes.

Agreement Overview

By purchasing and accessing the Empowered Educators program, you (“Licensee”) are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials provided, subject to the terms outlined below.

This is a license to use, not a transfer of ownership.

All content remains the intellectual property of Jenna L. Cain / Rooted Wellness Studio LLC.

Permitted Use

You are granted permission to:

  • Deliver the Empowered Educators program in schools, organizations, or group settings
  • Use the provided curriculum, materials, and structure as intended
  • Support educators, parents, and individuals using the tools and concepts within this program

Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, share, or distribute materials to non-purchasers
  • Share login access to the course or materials
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer this program to another individual or organization
  • Modify, repackage, or rename the program as your own
  • Create derivative works based on this material
  • Train, certify, or teach other facilitators using this content
  • Present this program as your own intellectual property

Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to:

  • Videos
  • PDFs
  • Lesson plans
  • Language frameworks
  • Program structure

are the sole property of Jenna L. Cain / Rooted Wellness Studio LLC and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Use of Language & Methodology

This program includes specific language, mindset, and teaching frameworks.

By purchasing this program, you agree to:

  • Use these frameworks only within the delivery of the Empowered Educators program
  • Not extract, teach, or repackage these frameworks as a standalone offering
  • Represent the material in alignment with its intended purpose

Representation

You may not imply:

  • That you created this program
  • That you are authorized to train or certify other facilitators
  • That this program grants certification unless explicitly stated in writing

Payment & Access

Access to materials is granted upon purchase.

This license is for 1 year:

  • Non-transferable
  • Intended for use by a single individual unless otherwise agreed in writing

Termination

This license may be revoked without refund if any terms of this agreement are violated.

Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease all use of materials.
